The phenomenon of Catalysis in Chemical Synthesis has been known for over two centuries and is attributed to electrostatic interactions between charged atoms. For the first time, the expression of the catalytic phenomenon in Nuclear Synthesis will be presented, where the same particles (positrons, electrons) catalyze the creation of visible matter through their gravitational interaction with the elusive and ubiquitous neutrinos.
