6. Appointment of the PhD Thesis Exam Committee | |
At least three (3) years after appointment, the Advisory Committee may decide whether the PhD student has successfully completed the PhD thesis. The Committee may also decide that the topic of the PhD thesis needs to be slightly re-specified. The Committee can also suggest the appointment of the PhD Thesis Exam Committee. | Form D6 |

3. Submission of the Doctoral Thesis to the Library and the Information Services Department. | |
Submission of the Doctoral Thesis in hardcopy (but not leather-covered) with full details (title, name, name of supervisor and evaluation committee, etc.) and in electronic format, through the institutional repository Nemertes (http://nemertes.lis.upatras.gr). Access to Nemertes is granted with credentials provided by the University Network Services (or by personal identification). After submission of the Doctoral Thesis to the Library and Information Center, you will be provided with a receipt of successful submission, which must be sent to the department’s Secretariat office. 6. Printing the Doctoral Thesis | |
