διημερίδα Chemeng PhD CandidatesThe Department of Chemical Engineering invite you to the PhD Candidates Workshop in Chemical Engineering, organized within the framework of the PhD program of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras, funded by the NSRF program "Human Resources and Social Cohesion". The conference (Workshop) will take place on March 20 and 21, 2025, at the University of Patras Conference Center, and we invite all PhD candidates of the department to present their research.

The invitation is also extended to undergraduate students of the department (especially to the students at their 4th year of study), who are welcome to attend the presentations and learn about the research (after consulting their PhD advisors) conducted in the department's research labs. For this reason, it would be ideal for at least one PhD candidate from each lab to present their research, and the presentation should include a slide with details about the ongoing research in the lab as well as potential thesis opportunities for the next academic year.

Invited Speakers:

  • Prof. Dong Ni, School of Micro-Nano Electronics, Zhejiang University

  • Prof. Constantinos Theodoropoulos, Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Manchester

  • Prof. Dr. Ulrich Kleinekathöfer, School of Science, Constructor University
